Time for lunch and tasting one of the local specialities – Lake Geneva perch fillets – then on to visit the Château de Ripaille.

This former Carthusian monastery, which was once a residence of the Dukes of Savoie, weaves its incredible web of history and nature. The buildings and surrounding gardens will enchant you. Then indulge in some AOC local wine tasting at the end of your visit, in the castle’s historic cellar.

Next stop, just a few kilometres away, is Evian, famous throughout the world for its mineral water. You will discover the history of this town from the Middle Ages to the current day and, during your visit, you’ll get a chance to drink “water from the fountains”, real Evian® water.
