  • Visit to the Château de Ripaille followed by wine-tasting
  • Trip to Evian
  • Dinner in Evian

The medieval village of Yvoire, listed as one of the “most beautiful villages of France”, is just an hour’s journey from Annecy. Discover the charm of this one-time fishing village and enjoy an enchanting moment in the Garden of Five Senses.

Time for lunch and tasting one of the local specialities – Lake Geneva perch fillets – then on to visit the Château de Ripaille.

This former Carthusian monastery, which was once a residence of the Dukes of Savoie, weaves its incredible web of history and nature. The buildings and surrounding gardens will enchant you. Then indulge in some AOC white wine tasting at the end of your visit, in the castle’s historic cellar.

Next stop, just a few kilometres away, is Evian, famous throughout the world for its mineral water. You will discover the history of this town from the Middle Ages to the current day and, during your visit, you’ll get a chance to drink “water from the fountains”, real Evian® water.

After the tour, you can savour the relaxing atmosphere of Lake Geneva whilst enjoying dinner in one of the town’s restaurants. Then time to head back to where you are staying.
